Camp entries will open online 1st June on its plain sailing.
ALL CHILDREN MUST BE COLLECTED BY 5PM
We are not responsible for children after 5pm or before 8am.
if you are unable to collect on time please arrange for another parent to collect.
3)Safety helmets and back protectors must be worn.
4)tack and personal belongings are left at your own risk.
5)Parking is forbidden at all times on the avenue this also includes cars. there will be a designated area for drop off and collection.
6)If you are leaving your horse box unhitched for use during the day it must be stabilized with cement blocks. No pony can be tied to the outside of a horsebox.

Check all stitching on tack & make sure stirrup irons are big enough

Tack cleaning kit (shoe cleaning kit)
Feed bowl & feed
Haynets x2
Water buckets x2
Bedding (at least 2 x bales of shavings)
Mucking out equipment (shavings fork,broom,skip,rake), small wheelbarrow is handy!

Beige or white jodhpurs (no pink or bright colours will be allowed)
Pony Cub sweat shirt/ polo shirt
Approved Back protector
Approved hat or crash hat (must be non-fixed peak for x-country) pony club silk or black silk
Gloves
Long boots or jodhpur boots and brown /black chaps. No dubarry style boots will be allowed
Whip
Hairnets & hair ties
For tests- beige/white jodphurs , blue/white shirt, pony club tie, tweed or black/navy jacket, pony club badge
Waterproofs / sunscreen
Wellingtons / trainers
Folding chair
Packed lunch mon- thurs, we will be having a BBQ on Friday
